SICILIA SYRAH I.G.T.

Our Syrah is richer and darker than our Merlot. Traditional fermentation with sequent 8 months refinement in oak barrels makes it a delicious, peppery red wine with subtle flavors of anise. Once again, these grapes are harvested by hand and stored in crates to ensure the highest quality possible.
Our Syrah is a deep red, full flavored, somewhat tannic wine with a pleasant spicy aroma. With its thick texture and richness it is best served with hearty foods such as roast beef, stews and full-flavored, mature cheeses.
